Refund policy

We have a 1 day return policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once you receive your parcel before unboxing it please make a video of that by clearly showing the product in video which will be easy for you to return if the product is damaged or received wrong item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if it's possible on your pin-code, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER

Size Exchange/Product Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one then he/she needs to WhatsApp us at +91 6353929350

within 1 Day from the date of delivery of the parcel. and we no have any reverse pickup service so customer have to self courier to our address and shipping charges also on customer. 

Please Note: Reverse pick-up  not be available . In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable. And, customer has to bare with all the shipping charges.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

When Return / Exchange is not accepted: Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customised of the customer. Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items If, according to your opinion you don't like the product, this return reason is not acceptable Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website In case of damage from your side, this product is non-refundable REFUND POLICY We do not accept self-damaged products -- Because All product is firstly cross verify though quality checkers.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

No, you can’t cancel the parcel once the order has been dispatched. Also, on prepaid order no cancellation or refund will be done.

Color and Description Discrepancy 

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. We believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days by deducting all the shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
